I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 10 years, helping a variety of clients achieve their goals whether it be athletic or body composition (weight loss, strength and muscle gain) all through strength based training principles. I am passionate about bringing the best out of people through strength training, and have had the privilege of being a part of many client’s inspirational stories, whether it be significant weight loss journeys, athletic event achievements or heavy lifts. I am passionate about martial arts (grappling) and football (soccer), and take incredible pride in working with grappling athletes to help improve their performance for their sport. I am invested and supportive of all my client’s goals and progress, and love meeting and working with new people in the gym, so please feel free to say hello!
